ROOFSHIELD® products come in different chemistries, such as water borne acrylics, water borne polyurethane, polyurea, polyurethane and special resins. The products are either one pack or two pack system. Client has liberty to choose products based on site requirement. If for example, terrace is expected to have stagnation of water, ROOFMATE is a right choice. If metal roof need to be protected from heat , water and corrosion, HEATSHIELD COOLPRO PU is highly advised. If very high elongation is desired, ULTRAFLEX offers 1000% elongation. All products come with reinforcing laminar pigments, an effective biocide packages and non-migrating fire retardant, resulting in superior durability, weatherproofing, ultraviolet resistance, algae/mildew resistance and fire retardancy. ROOFSHIELD® products are highly reflective, thermal insulating, permanently flexible, breathing membrane, allowing moisture vapour from the substrate or building interior to escape while remaining impervious to mass water penetration form the exterior. It is available in high tensile strength version for roof areas subject to heavy maintenance traffic, severe weather conditions, chemical fallout etc.
